Vox Telkom - Be Wary of this company

Be Wary of this Company I cancelled my subscription paid the R1000 cancellation fee and was told that they had arranged for The Courier Guy to collect there equipment on the 1st April. The 31st March ended my one month cancellation notice. Of course although I had waited the whole day on the 1st April the Courier Guy never showed up. On the 2nd May more than a month after they were suppose to collect they now want me to take their equipment to Postnet. By that stage I had already moved out of the house and considered the equipment abandoned as I had received No Communication for more than a month. I emailed them explaining the situation - of course no Reply, nothing more irritating. Today I received an invoice from them for R1900 of course I wont pay this as far as I am concerned they abandoned there equipment by not sticking to the original agreement maybe if they had contacted me within 7 days of date of arranged collection but more than a month later. This company Lacks integrity and needs to wake up.
