Vox Telekoms cant do....

A contract for a router was pursued in early March 2021. Shane, the salesperson, suggested we buy he router outright (R1299) and take the contract (R360) Upon being sold one, the wrong router was delivered. Nothing since 20 March 2021 has been rectified as yet. But audaciously, the billing for the monthly charge was sent. We didn't pay this as no service was initiated nor used. We sent a cancellation notice as nothing was forthcoming. Now we receive a final demand for a service that was never fulfilled. Pathetic! Suddenly the service provider is not available for calls. How strange! We need ALL money to be paid back as no service was provided. Beware of Vox Telecoms.
