Vox Telecon is not the answer to your connectivity

I have been without a connection for two weeks. I have sent emails, logged requests online and on Twitter, spent money on call centre and have been ignored or sent from one department to the next without a resolve. They have debited my account without providing me a service they have promised. I wouldnt recommend this service provider to anyone. Very unprofessional
