Vox telecoms the best in customer service

Hi All,

If you looking for affordable great customer service then vox telecoms is the best. I have had no problems in the short period i was with them. I signed up in December 2017 a Fat pipe data 300GB and i was excited.

Unfortunately i could no longer take the poor telkom infrastructure... telkom ADSL Line due to telkom infrastructure it made the net very slow and they offer the speed of the line as a best effort but you pay for the speed makes no sense.

I have opted to move to LTE unffortunetly Vox only offers rain which is not in my coverage and they more expensive than Cellc. I really hope at some point vox considers cheaper LTE services to there clients.

Other than that if they receive a missed call from you they will be sure to call you back which was unbelivbale it really made me feel special thank you vox for the great customer service.
