Vox Telecoms technical support with my Fiber and WiFi.

I phoned Thando to reset my router as the downloads was running well at 50Mbps but the upload was only 30Mbps and not only did he do this he made changes to settings that I did not ask for. I lost the call with him, but he phoned me back, he made sure we tested and everything was working 100%. He was friendly and this made a big difference. Thank you Thando Mazibuko, you did a great job and more than what was required.
