Vox Telecoms - Stay away if you want your internet to work!!!
We have been without Internet for almost 3 weeks, installation was done in Jan this year... The problem has been identified as being as being a line installation fault which would be Vuma's responsibility, we have had 3 technicians from Vuma say the same thing... BUT Vox has to give Vuma the instruction. We have opened +-10 tickets with Vox, which are closed the same day as being "resolved"... Ready to rip my hair out... can't get it through to them... Maybe should try another language, English is not working...
