VOX telecoms - Most useless service Provider ever!

I would have given them half a star if it was possible. literally the worst service provider i have ever come across in my whole life. We signed up in May 2021 and by end of July we were still waiting on an installation date. After no contact from Vox we had to get hold of them to find out what is going on, this was met with excuse after excuse blaming everyone around them and just not taking ownership of their useless service ability.

We ended up cancelling and to date, after requesting a confirmation of cancellation, i have yet to hear from them... (no surprise there) Personally i feel like naming and shaming the responsible individuals, but that's not who i am.
