Vox telecoms ****ming people by charging them for routers they failed to come pickup as they promise

These are the biggest ****mers in the telecoms industry. I thought I had officially parted ways with them, however, it's seems one would need a completed change of identity to get rid of them. Firstly I had a really bad experience with their fibre line package, when I switch. Locations for the first time, they sent me a message to inform me that their would send someone to pickup their router,no one showed, a year later,no joke,an entire year later I get informed that I had not returned their router and that I owed them R1999, I thought this was ridiculous. I explained the story, but they gave but one option,I needed to spend my money to send the router back to them. On that same year that when I decided I was going to stop using fibre as they always had issues and I complained about my connectivity which was never resolved, so I cancelled their subscription this time, post that I get a message again informing me of a date in which they will send a person to come and get h their router, I was more prepared this time as I did not want to run into the same issue again. Fast-forward a month later I'm getting a message with an invoice of R1999 for their router. This now really ****ed me off as I noticed that this seems to be a thing with Vox and probably many other people go through the same thing. If anyone cares to read this, there are other better service providers out there you can use, Vox is by no way a provide I would recommend for anyone. Take their package at your own risk as clearly they intend to make money off of people by making them pay fees for routers they fail to pickup themselves
