Worst company I have ever had to deal with. 3 months to install my Fibre line into my house. After that I have had endless billing issues. I moved houses and was told that I would not have to pay a cancellation fee on my old month to month line if I signed a 24 month contract. They then did not cancel the previous line. Charged me 2 months "missed payments" on that line when I queried it they then charged me a cancellation fee on the previous line on top of that. When I requested the voice recording of the call when they told me I will not have to pay a cancellation fee it can't be found. Completely pathetic. Basically where I have budgeted R750 a month they have taken +/- R5000. I have now lapsed on other debit orders and Vox just give me the middle finger. I warn anyone and everyone against using them. Their customer support is useless. If you miss a payment they will cut you off immediately but they will rob you blind and laugh in your face.

Now that I want to cancel the 24month contract I signed with them it is a further ridiculous amount cancellation fee I will need to pay.
