Vox Telecoms is the worst with service!!! They are absolutely useless!!

Vox telecoms is the MOST USELESS ISP EVER!!! They installed out router last week Wednesday, and we had internet for one night. Since then no connection and I have never experienced worse service when you call the help desk. Calls are dropped and they don't phone you back. No one seems to give you a clear indication as to what the actual problem is! It has been a week and still nothing. One of the call centre agents actually laughed as us and said it is what it is. Well I am sorry if this is the sort of service you offer then you can keep it!! They debited our account yesterday when the debit order is only supposed to go off on the 1st of the month!! Vox telecoms what is your problem? I see so many complaints about service delivery. You are supposed to be the market leading end-to-end integrated ICT and infrastructure provider and telecommunications company". You core values include: accountability & ownership ; efficiency ; quality and service excellence ; respect ; integrity and consistency. The only value I see you are efficient in, is consistently providing poor service!!! I think you need to take a look at your values and vision and ask yourselves whether or not you are operating at your ultimate potential. I know this complaint will fall on deaf ears as you have not attended to any hello peter complaints since August - I guess all the complaints got too much for you to handle!!
