Vox Telecoms is a sham of company!

This is the worst internet provider south of the equator. The technical department never knows what to do (for 8 months they could not resolve my internet outages on my account), the sales department does not deliver (I paid for a power bank which they never delivered until I demanded a refund), the accounts department never reads emails (up to November 2020 they are sending me invoices for an account that was closed in August 2020), the customer care department never follows up an anything (I lost count of the number of times they promised someone would look into my complaints and nothing happened. They put you on hold for 30 minutes). I can go on.
