I had a 25 gig subscription with this company & decided to upgrade to a 75 gig last month. Despite the upgrade this people debited my account for my 25 gigs & now they wana debit my account for 75 gigs on the 1st January 2022. Despite calling them their accounts department claims it is how it is done & cannot refund me for the 25 gigs amount. These guys are a **** period!
