Vox telecoms is a ****. I signed for a contract of R639 and they increased their prices by R85 without even consulting me about the line And the price alignment. I called to complain about it no one seems care that I signed up for what I thought I could afford which is R639. I’m really not happy with the service. I’m truly disappointed.
