Vox Telecoms - Empty promises, their Support number is the most useless thing ever!!!

I have Fibre to the home and LTE products from Vox Telecom. Months ago I lost the LTE simcard. I called in, and by luck I managed to speak to someone who said he would order me another sim card and it should take 10 days to be delivered. Almost two months later, I am still waiting. The support phone number and the email are the most useless things one could use. You would call, wait 10 munities until the connection drops. They are billing me for the LTE which I am not using because I do not have the SIM. When you call, the only option that works is option 1, which is for Sales! The rest of the options are so useless!! I give them 1 week to deliver the simcard, else I am cancelling both Fibre to the home and LTE!
