Vox Telecoms Dissapointing Services

Unwarranted termination of operational digital infrastructure, and unprofessional conduct exhibited by Vox Telecom management:

Despite a documented seven-year history of institutional loyalty across multiple corporate entities, my organisations have suffered severe operational disruption due to a catastrophic administrative failure by Vox personnel.

Upon notifying the Richards Bay branch of the relocation of one corporate entity to Johannesburg, Vox personnel stated that geographic line migration was technically unfeasible. This necessitated the onboarding of an alternative service provider (Hughes TNS) to facilitate number porting and establish a flexible voice architecture.

During the transition, Vox administrative staff actively delayed the legitimate porting request. Orderly migration was achieved only after direct, resource-intensive intervention on my part. Following this, account oversight was assigned to Branch Manager Samantha, whose subsequent communication indicated a personal, punitive bias against my firm for utilizing a secondary vendor.

Without prior warning, formal consultation, or contractual justification, Vox terminated all internet and voice services across all my corporate offices. This included multiple branches that were explicitly excluded from the original Johannesburg relocation order.

Internal Vox consultants acknowledged that the total account cancellation was erroneous. However, attempts to resolve the crisis through the designated manager were met with administrative apathy. Written correspondence from the manager abdicated responsibility, conditioned service restoration on the signing of entirely new contracts, and indicated that reinstatement was dependent on whether physical infrastructure had already been decommissioned by field technicians.
