Vox Telecoms - Consumers B E W A R E!!!!

What a disappointment!! Will definitely not recommend this company to anybody! Billing, network problems since December 2020, If I follow up all I hear is that they are escalating the issue. 3 months and nothing has been done. 3 payments a month between the previous owner and myself, and still no internet connection! Amounts deducted do not correspond with contract amounts! Then again we can't complain about their service because there's no service!!! Don't have an option to give them a zero rating, so I will give them a 1 which they don't deserve!
