Vox Telecoms - business service support is non existent

We have had endless issues with Vox Fibre services and to the extent that we have had our account manager Charmaine Croucamp tell us that they simply can not reliably deliver the service we are paying for at the moment. As we are out of contract and have been for a while we cancelled our account with Vox on their online platform. The online system accepted the cancellation without any penalties. - In two months time. After checking in on the status, we found that our cancellation date had been moved on by an additional 2 months. When we enquired about this with the Support Centre, we were informed that our account manager Charmaine Croucamp has changed the date and that we need to contact her. Now dealing with Charmaine Croucamp is impossible and commitments are seldom met. I have only experienced our account manager Charmaine Croucamp as abrupt, unprofessional, and the lack of professional ethics is gravely questionable.

Vox's service is poorly inadequate for a corporation in the communication space. Customer service is vacant and priorities of problem solving non-existence. VOX is certainly not a service provider I would recommend. Charmaine Croucamp has offered no resolution, no professional assistance and has only caused a heightened frustration for myself and the team who are now being pulled away from internal responsibilities to try and rectify our current issue with unfair additional costs.
