Vox telecoms bad service

Vox telecoms, is a totally *********** company, before the lockdown, I have relocated, and I requested that the vox telecoms releases my telkom line SO I can have my telkom lines moved, it took more than 15 calls and more than 20 emails to finally get it done, during this entire process, my wife is a teacher and teaching online without WiFi, on the mobile network, is outrageously expensive. With the whole financial crisis, with lockdown situation we HAD to deal with high cost of mobile data, because of *********** people who are at vox telecoms.
