Vox telecoms are useless

I placed an order for fibre. And apparently according to them I have 2 orders. So I cancelled both. Now there is absolutely but no communication from there side as I have asked them to cancel the apparent 2 orders. I cannot place an order with any other service provider as the orders with vox is still open and active... meanwhile I am without internet and my home based business is suffering money loss. DO NOT do your fibre with vox they are useless and non responsive
