Vox telecoms are useless!!!

The one star above is no even valid it must be no stars, but then I could not continue. I have never used and will never use any product of Vox Telecoms and yet I get twice weekly harassing calls and monthly e-mails to my husband, stating that I owe them (Now it is R635) money for a service I have never used. Don't they have records showing this? I have explained, written mails, sworn and nobody listens. They use Debt-In to call me and are now going to take legal action??? I don't use Vox and never did??? Can I report them somewhere for wasting my time? this is crazy!!!!
