Vox Telecoms are *******.

Vox fibre. They are a bunch of theives. They ***** your money for services you don't have. I app**** for fibre in desember and they started billing me from the 30th of December. My line only went live on the 10th of January as their technician *****ed up so bad they had to come out 4 times before it was sorted out. They tell me they can not give me credit as it is down time and they don't give credit for down time. How can it be down time if the line hasn't even gone live yet. Now they are *****ing their customers money and making them pay for their *********** technicians ***** ups
