Vox Telecommunications has no business ethics!

Vox is a complete *******, they charge exorbitant cancellation fees and continue to bill you even if you have proof of cancellation/arrangements via email. They will attempt to put unauthorized debit orders through your account and will harass you on a daily basis even though they are in the wrong. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional disorganized company whose employees are beyond rude and unhelpful. I will never make use of Vox or any of their associated companies. I will put bad reviews of Vox on every platform possible!
