Vox Telecomms Where is my money???

Since last month I have been calling and calling Vox Telecomms regarding a refund. To this day I have yet to receive a response after being told that refunds are done on Fridays and then it was no refunds take seven days it has been more than that and still Vox won't refund my money. I am beyond frustrated with sending emails because no one is listening to me despite sending proof of payment numerous times...
