Vox Telecom ZERO SUPPORT
Vox reference number VOX***6 Our fibre Internet has been offline since 08h00 31 May... It is now 09h43 on 1 June. When you call Vox support and EVENTUALLY after 30 minutes get through, they drop the call. Even WhatsApp support does not respond. There is nothing mentioned on down detector either. I do NOT recommend this service provider at all

Vumatel advised the Fibre Infrastructure is damaged. The above is an installation quote from the Network Provider, Vumatel
As above , An assessment of your fibre line was done and the feedback from an onsite technician was that a reinstall is required.

This REPAIR / REINSTALLATION is NOT for my cost.
