Vox Telecom = Zero Support
Have I ever mentioned how a company shouldn't be customer focus. Well, if you are looking for such a company, VOX Telecom is your go to place. Things not to expect: 1) Line speeds which you have signed up for... 2) Technical support... 3) Complaints actually getting adhere to... 4) Tickets that haven't been resolved just getting closed and marked as resolved... So, if you are looking for a non performance company, VOX Telecom is the place to go to. I have luckily, for me and the other customers that is also battling with VOX, found this website. www.ispa.org.za
I will go here as Vox have been taking my money without hesitation but not providing what they said or what I have signed for and that is 500Mbps down and 200Mbps up. Not even getting 80Mbps at the moment. Surely a contract works both ways...
