Vox Telecom Zero Service

Vox Telecom is our internet service provider in George for Frogfoot Fibre. I complained to their help department on the 08th March that I am having speed problems upstairs where my daughters do homeschooling and that the Microtic Router they installed upstairs to boost the signal from the main router downstairs does not seem to be working properly or is inadequate. I get emailed a ticket logging number and nothing else happens. I respond using the ticket number reference and get another automated response that they have updated my ticket number and then...... nothing. I tried phoning their help line numbers and don't get through. It is now 14 days later and I have yet to be contacted or receive any kind of communication from Vox Telecom regarding my query. Sadly they have no problem sending me letters that they are increasing my repayments on the Microtic Booster for no apparent reason. Wonderful service.
