VOX TELECOM ZERO INTEGRITY

So, here I am, happily paying my R770 per month for a 20mbps symmetrical line with Vox Telecom, each and every month, without any issues. Last night, we tried to stream a movie, and it kept on buffering. Did a line speed check, to find that my upload is sitting at a nice 2.09 mbps. Did one again now, cannot post a screen shot here, but it is at 1.91mbps. I logged a call, waiting for the tech/sales to call me back, but how long has this been going on, and how long would it have gone on if I didn't check. You can be lucky I gave you two stars, because your integrity sucks.
