Vox Telecom Youtube/Google services issues

Seven year client of Vox's FTTH/ISP service. Customer service is non-existent, sadly it never use to be like this. In the past support calls were dealt with promptly and professionally, any hours of the day. Now you wait hours in queue with no answer, This level of service from Vox is very reminiscent of Telkom's copper internet services and lousy support that caused them to permanently bleed customers to FTTH providers, I for one promised to never return to Telkom again. Lately the quality of the service has also deteriorated. Youtube and Google services are still slow in the Bellville area after the outage of several hours on 10/12/2023, yet no reports of problems. After load-shedding it takes an hour sometimes for the service to operate normally again. I am starting to question my loyalty to Vox at this point and If these issues continue over the festive period and into the new year I am strongly considering cancelling my contract. I don't know if these problems are due to Vumatel issues, but this is where customer communication and feedback is important.
