Vox telecom , you are an embarrassment

I am not in the least surprised to see that each day [and multiple times on specific days] during the month of August 2018, alone , that there have been numerous complaints against Vox Telecom. One can only conclude that the directors of this company and in particular its shareholders, [who cannot with respect claim ignorance of what is going on] , simply do not care about the bad service being delivered and the *********** staff, at the helm, who [ employees] at the very least must be commended for having mastered the art of conveying many untruths. I have been blocked due to authentication problems. I am told that the engineers are working on the matter and some 6 days later, I am still blocked with no estimated time of resolution. What does this say about their technical staff? Engineers? right. Tickets are opened and closed but still blocked. The reality is that I have been blocked because in today day and age Vox telecom is striving to block all international traffic but they do not want you, the people of South Africa to know this. Your incompetence and unwillingness to rectify the matter , has convinced me to move on but for those that are considering this service, you would be well advised to give it a miss.
