VOX TELECOM - WORST SERVICE PROVIDER ON THE PLANET
HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REFUND FROM THIS USELESS PLACE AND FOR THEM TO COME AND COLLECT THEIR MODEM???? I have been trying to get my refund back from this useless company since 15 January 2022. I have written numerous complaints about this and also engaged with their so-called call center. All you get from them are promises and they will escalate the matter. Not sure where to as you cannot engage with any manager at that place.

28 Jan 2022, 16:50At about 1430 on 28 January 2022 someone from Vox phoned me with regards to my posting above. Claiming that the SP that must come and collect the Vox Modem (if the modem is not collected refund cannot be done according to her). She claims that the SP tried to phone me on 25 Jan 22 about the collection and could not get a hold of me. According to the SMS I received from Vox the collection was supposed to be made on Monday 24 Jan 22. On the 24 Jan 22 no-one phoned me and the collection was not done. The lady from Vox that phoned me promised that she will get hold of the collection agency and revert back to me today so that collection can be finalized. No feedback, no response then we wonder why I rate the service as the worst in the world!!!!!
