Vox Telecom - worst service ever

Ive ordered my fiber with Vox in July because i needed it for work purposes, 2 months later i'm still waiting for them to contact me. Its ridiculous to have to wait for so long for something so simple. I want my contract cancelled i will seek services else where clearly i am not a priority to these people. I have family and friends who need fiber services and ive told them not to think of Vox because they are thee worst service providers ive encountered. and i will not recommend it to anyone
