VOX TELECOM WORST ISP IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!

DON'T DO IT!!!!!! JUST DON'T!!!!! WARNING!!! YOU WIIIILL REGRET IT! JUST DON't CHOOSE VOX as an ISP!!!! DON'T!!!!! They will give you the nicest customer service in return for the worst internet services!!! They are so good I'm convinced in white-collar at it's highest level lol!!! They give you bad services and then when you call to complain, they bill you to come fix their messup and also sell inferior hardware so they can sell more ex*****ive hardware that still doesn't work!!!! Brilliant model i must say.

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if this was a ****y ISP that declared bankruptcy, made millions from unserviced client accounts, rebranded as Vox and are now back to do it again with a little more precision. Don't do it!!!!! Hotspots from Cell-C or Telkom Mobile are way more reliable and cheaper. DON'T, DON'T, DON'T !!!! Everyone who has signed with these guys are complaining. They will take your money these ones and give you nothing in return mark my words!!! Don.t!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET SIGINING WITH THESE GUYS TRUST ME!!! Worst ISP by far!!!! MWEB mops it's floors with VOX's services. I only left MWEB cos I was lured by their cheaper rates and calling app! I have never been so sorry, I will gladly crawl back to MWEB with my tail between my legs! Lesson learnt!!! Don't be fooled by the branding....the grass is not greener on the other-side! Stay in what ever situation you are in!
