Vox Telecom WORST internet service provider in SOUTH AFRICA

I am absolutely disgusted in vox telecom! It's probably the worst internet service provider in South Africa. I am from Bloemfontein and an TEFL English online teacher. I always pay my account on time and never ever get what I pay for. This is not the first problem I experienced with Vox telecom. At first they told me it was a month to month contract then finding out later it's a 12th month contract. Information was not given clear, and I was forced to pay for a months internet that I did not receive. I am paying for a 20 meg uploading and downloading speed, but not receiving what I pay for. I contacted Bloemfontein's technical support probably 100 time, and every time they tell me they will sort out the problem and phone me back. Well I am still waiting. I am losing my income, because of bad costumer service but they still want their money end of the month.

I will never refer someone to vox telecom, it feels like they are *****ing my money! During this pandemic nobody can afford to lose money! but they still expect me to pay my contract, but they are the reason why I'm losing money.
