VOX Telecom - Worst decision

Going with VOX was the biggest mistake. They placed an incorrect order with Vumatel when we are with Metrofibre, It took them 2 months to get my connection up and running, and after 3 days of service I have another technical issue. No one responds to tickets logged, absolute nightmare!
