Vox Telecom - Where clients become numbers!!!

Paying for a 20/20 fibre line and speed regularly below promised. After a number of calls to address the issue cancelled in October. No-one has asked at any stage for the reason for the cancellation or tried to address the problem. Yet have just received a new bill for November and now been waiting on the line for almost 10 minutes for someone to speak to. You go Vox!!! Where the customer is just a number.
