VOX Telecom - What an utmost disappointing experience.

Using upset or disappointed with the service I have received from Vox will be an understatement. I have been without connection for over a month now. First an *********** consultant didn't schedule a move of address nor installation checks with their dependency party Vumatel. Then they debit my bank account for a full month whereas I don't even have connection. I can never get through to the sales managers and have even escalated this issue to head office. The few times I have gained some managers details, they just don't reply on any of my mails. I have now gone back and forth with Vox for longer than a month and yet they cannot sort out the issue. If this is what is expected from Vox going forward, then I'm not sure if they are the best as they claim to be?
