Vox telecom what a joke!

I just want to let consumers know that before yous sign up to these guys be aware that the service you are going to recieve is sub par. Not only will they not inform you or give you updates before you get the service. When you eventually do get the service it doesn't work half the time!!! I've had so many interruptions in my Fibre package that costs my 1000 rand a month and yet I still have such poor service. I'm working from home and can't afford to have my connection go so often. These guys have not assissted people in the pandemic by any means and I don't want people to be sucked into their one your contract without knowing what you will get. There's even more problems that I've experienced but I could start a personal blog
