VOX TELECOM - Waste of time / useless

its so sad that we do have companies that over-promise and not deliver, better to under-deliver. Vox is such a company, you try to call and still no one picks up their call or respond to emails. from the 11th of July up until today 11 October i still do not know whether i will receive my fibre wifi or not. My reference number is Vox telecom Fibre order, VOX ********** . i should have listened to my wife and get into contract with Vodacom that will give you a free router while waiting for installations. If anyone is thinking of getting into business with Vox please think twice and dont waste your time. Very unprofessional, waste of time and money. hope they will not sue me if i cancel this contract and move on to another service provider. very unhappy me.
