Vox Telecom - very efficient with setting up debit orders but no delivery on product

Terrible Terrible service!

I went on the chat line to get assistance. Logged on at 12:09 only got through to an agent at 13:42.

Consultant didnt even assist me.

All I want to do is cancel my order. It has been 6 weeks with no resolution as to if I will have fibre or not. However, I am still being debited.
