VOX Telecom - Value proposition is non-existent. Customer is not King.

Honestly, people are not even joking when they say that VOX Telecom are a bunch of ********** and ******. They are not transparent as an organization and will hide all these different clauses in their terms and conditions in order to get money out of their customers accounts at any cost. They will literally suck your account dry, and have no consideration for their customers. It is just a company only concerned with their profits. They even make you pay when they make mistakes on your account! Imagine!How is this company still in operation? Surely an intervention needs to be made because these guys are actively charging us R3000+ penalty fees on so called “month to month” contracts when we cancel because “we needed to be with them as customers for a year”. Honestly, it is complete and utter bull**** and I really hope that your company gets shut down! Your services are not even that great. I think that legal action needs to be taken against these guys for false advertising.
