Vox telecom - utterly useless!!
Without doubt the most unbelievably useless service provider I have ever had to deal with! Bills me for Fibre to the home speeds of 500mb/250mb.... fastest I received was 70mb, when the line actually worked. ISP open serve came out and confirmed it was intact an issue with VOX hardware. Dozens of calls and emails spanning a few monthsn, I then refuse to pay until it's sorted out....nothing gets done about it other than then suspending my service!! No that I've gone to another service provide.... VOX refuse to release the line to me until I pay? Pay for what exactly????
Getting hold of anyone in this company is absolutely impossible!!
