Vox Telecom useless

Vox telecom did an upgrade of there system on Thursday 10 September 2020 around 19:30 in the evening whereafter our fibre connection whent down after numerous calls and logging a ticket our internet is still down 36 hours later and thet say it can be days. This is unacceptable lost a whole day of work due to no connection. Please Vox Telecom give us the service we pay for.
