Vox telecom unexplained high billing
I signed up on an internet contract with vox telecom for 60gb/60gb month to month contract for R249 per month and an activation fee of 149 but the have deducted R588.91 from my account which was not the agreement. I was not informed of any extra charges.

Kindly note that the Vox billing is done in advance. The first Invoice for your Service is issued upon activation and is payable with the invoice billed in advance for the next month. Therefor, your billing will be for a pro-rated period, together with the full coming month in advance billing to give you your billed amount as per invoice sent.

28 Nov 2021, 13:36Thank you for your response but i feel i should have been made aware before signing up. But i still don't understand, does this mean next month i will not pay? I received 47gb this and not 60gb but still paid the full amount
