VOX TELECOM UNABLE TO PORT TELKOM NUMBER.
We have a real bad Situation with telkom that is off during load shedding. I am trying to run a Business and clients complain not getting hold of us. Vox promised a great deal with number porting but it has gone terribly wrong. I am now trying to do the porting from end of October 2022 and my client numbers is way down and losing allot of business. We submitted the porting request +- 10 times. Every time there is some sort of rejection. The latest rejection is "Code: ****1" "Rejection reason: The MSISDN or DN/DN Range is not valid on the donor operator network." "In order to proceed – Please have the client reinstate the line with their supplier"
We would like to use another Voip provider that is able to do a number porting request with telkom. any suggestions are welcome.

As of the the 10th of Feb. my number was portted and after months its is finally working.
