Vox Telecom treats customer unfair
Took out a 24 month contract with them from March 2022 and was supposed to end March 2024. The ***** up all started early 2023 when i asked to update my bank details for the hardware i was renting from them. Tried doing it via their customer zone but no success, called they couldn't help me instead the agent said i should send an email, did that and they also couldn't assist. This then resulted in debits not going through and they then suspended the account, who was at fault here? After numerous back and forth emails they then said they will "resign" me - Me being a client not knowing what this really meant at the time then agreed to that - I only found out now that it was to start a new contract. So they basically started a fresh 24 month contract from June 2023 until June 2025.....I unknowingly agreed to this as i thought its them trying to sort out the mess that initially started with them.....to my surprise when recently i asked when the contract will be coming to and end they said only June 2025. So i paid from March or April 2022 until March or April 2023, and then from June a new contract started? How does that even work? Now they expect me to pay in contract cancellation fees. This is unfair towards me as a customer, as the "resign" was never explained, else i would not have agreed to it in the first place. They were quick to arrange for the hardware to be collected but is still keeping me liable for cancellation fees which amounts to over 4K! - even now i keep on getting emails and texts from them asking for me to update banking details?? Extremely disappointed in Vox 😞
