VOX Telecom - *******

Over 10yrs ago my husband had an absamail account which was hardly ever used back then and wasn't told to close it when he stopped using the account. Suddenly now (out of the blue) - he is receiving a "you owe money" email instructing him to pay R399 or he will be handed over to a company by the name of Debt-IN... An amount of R50 has been deducted from his account from VOX Telecom for the past 10yrs... The person he dealt with from Debt-IN was a lady by the name of Nelisa Sotso. She was rude and never gave him a chance to speak.
