VOX TELECOM the nightmare of any ISP STAY AWAY!!!!!!
This is the second review on this pathetic company, On the first January 2018 our internet went off blank nothing My wife contacted Vox immediately and log the fault. She keep calling EVERY day for 28 DAY'S before they fixed it so one month without internet Accounts and Johan Hansen said we must send a mail to accounts and they will not charge us for the downtime. End January I get my statement I have to pay the FULL amount, I send a mail saying I refuse, they said they will investigate.
Today I receive a mail stating it is MY fault as I did not report the fault immediately ( All the calls are supposed to be recorded anyone can listen to it and noted that I reported it the 1st January.
I dare anyone of VOX to listen to the recordings and answer me on this forum
