Vox Telecom the new Telkom

This might be painful to read but here we go.

Where do I begin. 13th March 2020 i email them complaining about my internet being unstable and having bad packet loss. After i had issues for months I decided I wanted to cancel my internet with Vox. It started with really bad packet loss and insanely high ping to Europe and South African servers (I`m into gaming). They had me do traceroutes and ping test and everything i could possibly do from my side. It ended with their "Fibre specialist" not being able to fix it. Their technical team also told me that 200+ ping to Europe is normal.

So on the 14th of March i phoned them and told them I want to cancel my internet. I was told they will do the cancellation if they can't fix the problem (They never fixed it) So after trying to fix my internet and doing it they just canceled the cancelation without me knowing. Here is a link to the conversation i had with them https://ibb.co/StkkG9N

So it's quite clear my initial request was to cancel in MARCH 2020, I then also paid for April. Which according to their website is the right thing to do because it's month to month.

They then PURPOSELY ignore me and send me an email 6 Days (yes 6 days) later on the 5th of May and then bill me for May as well. I completely lose it and and phone them. Not long after that I receive an email stating that i Owe them R0 and the line got canceled on that day. https://ibb.co/pLX0cGH (picture of email)

It's now 12 November and i get phoned by their Legal team every single day telling me i owe them R2000+ rand for a service i tried canceling 3 months earlier. What a disgrace of a company.

How do i go from here? I just block all the numbers that's phoning me, because legally i owe them nothing. The spam of phone calls is just getting to much. Image of the first email asking them to cancel my line on the 14th of March https://ibb.co/GVXJf6z . Yes they kept billing me till May..........................
