Vox Telecom terrible service

I rented a property and gave Vox notice that I am leaving the property. As I did not give them 30 days notice (but rather 28 days) I was charged an extra month which I paid. Their technical team did not collect the data box and as I pointed out to Vox should I have taken the box they could have accused me of theft. I recieved a call from a debt collecting agency stating that they have handed me over to them for not paying for the collection of the data box. I have all the correspondence on record and this is harrasment and time for us to go to court. Their service is terrible and I will not recommend them to anyone as this is what they do. I can not stand in for their own technical teams and have invited them to proceed with a legal claim as I up for this. This is what is wrong when it comes to providing a service.

Reviewer Update
Good Day. Accounts did indeed respond by stating that it was sent to collections (4 months after I left the property). Collections sent me an email stating that collections was informed by stores (your company words, not mine) indicating that I am responsible for the payment as I did not arrange for collection (despite the correspondence stating that request). Do you note a pattern here? Blame the customer and threaten with blacklisting and debt collection until he/she pays. Not once an "oops we slipped up and did not respond when we were informed to collect the equipment". No on the contrary let's take it into file 13 and drown the person in paper and threaths. Customer service is a fine balance between doing what is right and courteous - time to focus on that segment in your business.
