Vox telecom terrible service

Has anyone else had problems with Vox Telecom. We are being inundated with spam to the point of emails every other minute. After numerous emails we finally got the attention of them . Now the problem is even worse. Phone calls from the help desk and their internet company and every time we have to explain our story all over again. And guess what the problem has still not been solved.In fact it has got worse. We have instructed them to remove our email fro their server . To no avail? I wonder who they have working for them. If there is anyone on this group who has any connections that can make things happen please contact me. And as for the head office they do not answer the phones. So how do you get in contact with the CEO Jacques du Toit?????
